Discovery Webinar: Exploring the Restorative Justice Process
Date: August 21, 2025
Time: 1pm-1:30pm
Join HUB as we examine our newest module with our Community of Practice. This module explores how the Restorative Justice process can be used as a community-based healing and conflict-resolution framework, both in relationships and as an alternative to the criminal justice system. The end goal is to enable participants to make informed choices about using the Restorative Justice process in their own lives. Grounded in relationship building, the Restorative Justice process emphasizes connection, accountability, and collective care. Participants will examine how Restorative Justice can be applied broadly to foster empathy, repair harm, and nurture stronger communities.
Participants will:
– Explore the role of the Restorative Justice Worker as a facilitator of healing and relationship building.
– Reflect on the personal and collective benefits of using a Restorative Justice Circle.
– Reflect on thoughts and feelings about the Restorative Justice process and how it can be used.
