Join HUB in exploring our newest module in the Moving Toward Harmony series! By exploring the teaching of truth in this module, participants learn healthy, mindful approaches to communicating their emotions and needs, which will help them build deeper connections with others. This includes making requests by exploring the communication tool KINDR MAN, with the end goal of moving toward harmony by speaking one’s truth and building deep connections to others (such as the women, girls and 2SLGBTQIA+ people in our lives). With truth through communication, participants will be able to reduce violence towards others by creating a safe and non-judgmental
environment to share their emotions and thoughts. This helps create a healthy relationship dynamic where both people have equal say in sharing and coming up with a solution to disagreements.
